What is your Return Policy?
Return Policy: 2ofAKind will only accept returns on merchandise that are identified as eligible for store credit.
If the merchandise arrives damaged 2ofAKind will accept returns for store credit only in accordance with the Return Procedures below.
Return Procedures: All returns must be made within 5 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in good condition (e.g. unworn, altered, washed, damaged, etc.) no exceptions. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost of merchandise. Any merchandise not in accordance with the Return Procedures will be returned and store credit will not be issued.
What are the Payment Options?
Of course securing your information is our top priority. 2ofAKind guarantees 100% secure purchasing for all customers.
Nevertheless, 2ofAKind never stores your payment information in our backend system. All your private information is directly passed to and stored in your bank and PayPal's cloud system.
